What is PBEO?
Professional Baseball Employment Opportunities™ (PBEO®) is the official employment service of Minor League Baseball™, the governing body of The Minor Leagues™.
The PBEO program was established in 1994 to continue Minor League Baseball's efforts to provide a year-round placement service to their member clubs and to Major League Baseball.
Are you looking for employment in affiliated baseball? PBEO provides job seekers with access to our member clubs' job postings. An annual membership to the PBEO program costs $50. Membership includes monthly newsletters, auto-notification of new job openings fitting your criteria, articles from member clubs, career tips and information on upcoming job fairs and events. Members also have 24-hour access to the PBEO job database, where they can search through every job opening that has been posted by our member clubs. The period from September through February is when most personnel changes occur.
When a member club needs to fill a position, they can access PBEO.com to search through the databank for qualified registrants and view each member's resume. Registered PBEO applicants are placed in the databank according to their areas of interest, geographical preference and availability.
PBEO Job Fair
The 22nd annual PBEO Job Fair will be held in conjunction with the Baseball Winter Meetings™ Dec. 6-9, 2015, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The Job Fair is an annual feature of the Baseball Winter Meetings.
