Credential Requests

Media credentials for Buffalo Bisons home games at Coca-Cola Field are available upon request for working media. Requests should be received no later than 24 hours prior to the specified game date. Under no circumstances are media credentials to be transferred from person-to-person without the expressed permission of the Buffalo Bisons Media Relations Department. Violation of this policy may result in confiscation of the violator's media credential for the remainder of the season.

Credentials may be picked up at the Buffalo Bisons Media Entrance by the right field loading dock area (service level) starting two hours prior to first pitch or earlier by request.

*ALL MEDIA* must also fill out the Terms and Conditions of Credentialing for Minor League Baseball Events prior to covering the Bisons at. Please attach this file when completing the media credential request below.

*Please note: Completion of the media credential request below does not guarantee credentials will be issued. Each request will be reviewed by the Buffalo Bisons Public Relations Department. Credentialing for non-Bisons events at Coca-Cola Field will be handled by the event organizers (Taste of Country Concert, National Wing Festival, etc). Credentialing for all Bisons road games will be governed by the media relations departments of the home team.

Press Box
The Coca-Cola Field Press Box is located on the Club level directly behind home plate. Each work space is equipped with an electrical outlet. The Press Box can be accessed via the elevators located on the first base side. The Press Box has complimentary WiFi access. Complimentary meal service will begin one hour before game time to accredited working members of the media.

Bisons Clubhouse
The Bisons home clubhouse s located on the Service level directly behind the first base dugout (visitor located directly behind third base dugout). The Bisons clubhouse is open prior to batting practice (9 a.m. for afternoon games at 1:05 p.m., 5 hours prior to first pitch all other games) until 65 minutes prior to game time (All interviews must be concluded by 65 minutes prior to game time). The clubhouse is open following the game at the manager's approval (usually immediately). The Bisons' clubhouse is closed during rain delays and between games of a doubleheader. The visiting team clubhouse is governed by the visiting team.

Dugouts must be clear of all media representatives 65 minutes prior to game time. Photographers must take their assigned positions at that time. All media members entering the playing field must do so from the tunnel located directly behind home plate on the Service level.

Interview periods are arranged prior to and following Bisons games. The coaching staff and players can be made available on the field or in the clubhouse during batting practice by special request only. The interview must not interrupt the coaches or players pre-game routine (stretching, running, hitting, etc.). All interviews should be completed 65 minutes prior to game time.
