What is loaded value and where can it be redeemed?
When making a purchase, choose "IronTicket" and receive a field level ticket and concession value redeemable throughout the ballpark for food, beverage and merchandise. IronTickets are perfect for families, groups, gifts and so much more! Please note that loaded value and IronTickets can not be redeemed with outside food vendors located within Coca-Cola Park.

 

How do I get a message posted on the video board?
To have a birthday or special message displayed on the LED message board located above the bullpens, email info@ironpigsbaseball.com or fill out a form at Fan Services (located behind section 107 on the main concourse) before the 6th inning. There is a $10 charge with the proceeds going directly to IronPigs Charities, a non-profit organization striving to provide educational and recreational opportunities for children in the Greater Lehigh Valley area. Your special message will be shown sometime during the 8th inning. As a reminder, your message will be shown on the LED message board. Announcements on the main scoreboard (featuring Coke bottle) are for groups of 50+ or individuals who purchased Birthday Party Packages.

 

What/where is Section 100?
The Bacon Strip is located in right field's "home run alley" and is a bi-level seating area that includes 75 bar stool seats in the first level and an additional 52 stadium seats on the second level. Both levels of seating include the added comfort of drink rail counters for food and beverages and can accomodate groups of 20 or more.

 

What is Coca-Cola Park's rainout policy?
In the event 5 innings of one game are not played, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of 4 1/2 innings, tickets may be exchanged for any 2017 regular season IronPigs home game of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Positively no exchanges or cash refunds.

 

Are there special procedures for Dog Days?

Fans that are planning on bringing their canine must purchase a general admission ticket and will only have access to the Capital BlueCross Lawn seating area. We ask that those with four paws also adhere to the following guidelines:

  • All potty breaks must be cleaned up by your owner
  • Please mind your manners. Out of control dogs may be asked to leave Coca-Cola Park.
  • Cheering for the IronPigs is allowed, but barking should be kept to a minimum.
  • You must be kept on a leash by your owner.

 

What is the PorkCenter?
PorkCenter is physically located on the Field Level at Coca-Cola Park and features a quad-screen set-up for social media tracking, game watching and more. It is the social media headquarters and sports desk, allowing the IronPigs to engage with fans in a both an in-person and online setting.

 

Can I bring my own food or drinks in to Coca-Cola Park?
For the safety of our fans and per facility policy, food, beverages, weapons of any kind, (even with a concealed weapons permit) containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals or Dog Day visitors, compressed air horns are all prohibited at Coca-Cola Park.

 

How can I throw out a first pitch?
One member of a group attending a Coca-Cola Park hospitality area or any group of 50 or more is eligible to throw out a first pitch for that night's game.

 

Is bottled water permitted within Coca-Cola Park?
Generally, for the safety of our fans, food and beverages are not permitted to be brought inside Coca-Cola Park. However, during excessive heat warnings, fans are permitted to bring bottled water. The IronPigs will notify fans when such a heat warning is in effect.

 

How many gieveaway items are given out during Koozie Toss, T-Shirt Toss & Slingshot Teams on a given night?
Each game, more than 160 items are given away at Coca-Cola Park by the promotions team. Ernest attempts are made by all staff to distribute them evenly across the park, where it is safe.

 

Why are half-inning giveaway prizes not distributed on to the Capital BlueCross Lawn?
Giveaways are not launched into the lawn due to fan safety concerns on the sloped surface. It has been deemed too dangerous to launch giveaways into the lawn, however, efforts will be made to include the lawn crowd in fan cams and other promotional activities.

 

Can I watch batting practice?
On Thursday's during Happy Hour from 5 to 6 p.m. fans have the opportunity to watch batting practice from the TD Bank Plaza.

 

Where can I find healthy food options at Coca-Cola Park?
All concessions menus feature Capital Blue Cross symbols next to menu items that are part of the Capital BlueCross Healthy Family Fun Menu. Other examples of healthy food options include salads located at the Gyro Stand in the TD Bank Plaza and roasted corn from the Aw Shucks stands.

 

Do you have Gluten Free items at Coca-Cola Park?
Yes, we have a gluten-free stand on the concourse that features various gluten-free items including hot dogs and beer.

 

Is there free WiFi at Coca-Cola Park?
There is not free WiFi access at Coca-Cola Park. However, Service Electric Cable TV & Communication Internet subscribers can use their log-in information to access the PenTeleData Unleashed wireless network at Coca-Cola Park.

 

I have peanut allergies. Is there a peanut-free game this season?
Unfortunately, there are no peanut-free games scheduled for an upcoming game at this time.
